Life has its ups and downs. New life, sickness, friendship, grief. In all aspects of life, we are called to journey with one another. Pastoral Care is the act of curiously wondering what God is doing and being attentive to God’s presence among those we journey alongside. This workshop will explore how we might be faithful and thoughtful pastoral carers.

Participants can expect to:

  • Describe what pastoral care is.
  • Consider how they might listen to others and to God in pastoral encounters.
  • Develop new pastoral care skills.
  • Practice what they have learnt.
