In this retreat, we will be engaging with two stories – Jacob (Gen 32) and Hagar (Gen 16 and 21). We will see how Jacob and Hagar experienced God in profoundly personal ways, and the impact and implications this had on their life. These two stories are gateways into considering the work and ways of God in our lives and communities. These stories have the means to clarify God’s vision and voice.
