Leadership Handbook
Contributed by: Graham Redding and Kevin Ward
This resource will guide you in thinking about the different ways leadership can be expressed in the church. The handbook rests on thoughtful engagement with Scripture and church practice, with practical considerations and questions to explore your leadership practice.
Leadership Handbook
This handbook addresses issues such as leadership in a ministry setting, the styles of leadership you might lean into, the place of power, the nature of success, ordained and non–ordained leadership. The challenges of leadership are considered, such as leading others in vision, change, conflict, and/or crises. Personal considerations are also explored as they relate to the effect on the leader’s sense of well–being and family.
